Frequently asked questions

We have a fixed monthly fee, which we send to companies when they request for a quote. The price depends on the number of guests and the duration of stay, with a minimum of 1 month.

We can provide double rooms with comfortable single beds, furniture, private bathroom, refrigerator, TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, shared kitchen and laundry room.

For the transfer, we issue invoices on the 1st day of each month, and the payment deadline is the 10th of each month in euros.

If the malfunction is not the fault of the Tenant, the responsibility lies 100% with the Landlord, otherwise the Tenant is liable for the damage caused.

There’s no need to worry, the doors can only be opened from the outside with a 6-digit code, and no other method is possible. If the correct code is not entered, the outside doorhandle moves, but the door does not open.

Yes, each room has a LED TV with its own remote control and 19 channels. All major Hungarian channels are available. The use of the TV is included in the room price.

A signed lease contract from both parties, the transfer of the security deposit and the first month’s rent are required to move in. Once these are completed, we will provide you with the 6-digit code for the apartment and the token needed to access the common areas and the gate.

We have been refining our system for years, so the chances of this happening are small, but if you still can’t get into your apartment, call the phone number provided at move-in! Our operators will solve the problem: you will receive a new code for the apartment or a temporary key in case of a blackout.

In the shared kitchen area, there are currently 2 microwaves, 1 large electric oven, 2 stovetops with 2 burners each and 1 large refrigerator. These will be extended with additional stovetops and microwaves soon. There is currently 1 washing and drying machine in the place, with plans for acquiring 3 more washing machines.

Yes, there is wireless internet access throughout the accommodation, with the Wi-Fi password displayed on a board in each room. The internet coverage is also good, with consistent coverage in all rooms. We designed the system to allow continuous acceleration of internet speed, capable of handling even higher bandwidths with our Wi-Fi routers.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The original automated guesthouse function of Motel Next has completely ceased. We warmly recommend nearby boarding houses. We rent rooms for longer periods; our tenant companies rent apartments for several months.

Unfortunately, no. We specifically contract with companies only because we would offer rooms to individual tenants under completely different terms, which we prefer not to do. Our service is ideal for companies working in Győr and the surrounding area for a longer period.

At the accommodation, cash and card payments are not possible. All transactions are made via bank transfer against an invoice at the Motel Next workers’ apartment. Cash is neither asked for nor accepted by our colleagues.

Each apartment has 2 single beds and a private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). The rooms are equipped with LED TV, a 100-liter refrigerator with a 10-liter freezer, IKEA wardrobe, IKEA table, 2 chairs and an electric kettle. Each apartment has individually controllable radiator heating, mosquito nets and shutters on the windows. There is a shared kitchen area; there are no cooking facilities in the rooms.

We try to be flexible, but at least 1 day is required to meet in person, show the apartment, sign the rental contract and receive the first payment of security deposit + rent. Unfortunately, we cannot hand over the apartment to the tenant without these steps.
