Motel Next, originally known as Motel Stop & Sleep, was built around 2010. Initially, it operated as a fully automated, receptionist-free accommodation until 2018. Its proximity to the M1 and M83 motorways also made it an excellent location for travelers. In 2012, with the expansion of the Audi factory, the demand for local workers’ apartments increased, leading to the idea of making Motel Stop & Sleep exclusively available to companies, providing long-term accommodation for their workers. In the following years, we worked to reach this target group, and since 2021, we have been operating exclusively as workers’ apartment. Since then, we have accommodated workers from several internationally known companies, around 800 people per year. In 2023, we also started construction of a new apartment complex, which will be a higher-standard, premium workers’ accommodation in Győr-Ménfőcsanak.
Apartments for working people
Being part of a family business, I grew up among workers, so I understand the target group and their needs. I designed the Motel Next workers’ apartments based on my experiences. My goal was to offer a higher standard of accommodation for company employees, unlike traditional workers’ accommodations. After a tiring workday, it is important for them to have a cozy and comfortable temporary home. Our apartments are equipped with all the necessary facilities for everyday living, and both the common areas and the rooms are furnished with modern furniture. If you choose us, your employees are guaranteed to feel valued and appreciated.

The Motel Next story
A new, unique direction after an automated hotel
We started initially as a fully automated hotel available for everyone, but in 2012, with the expansion of the Audi factory, we began exclusively renting out our rooms to companies for long-term stays. Since then, we have worked with several major companies such as JOBER, Bayer Construct, Personal Partner, Efficiency, and BIS Hungary Kft. Our number of guest nights is constantly increasing, and we are also working on building new apartment complexes to accommodate even more workers.
Leave behind the rundown workers' accommodations
How are we different from other workers’ accommodations? All our rooms have a private bathroom, as well as a refrigerator, air conditioning, and television. We use a much more modern technology, allowing employees to simply memorize a short code to access the apartment and their rooms, without using a key. We also provide locked parking for each room, so you can keep your car safe with us.
Pleasant environment, cozy accommodation
Our workers’ apartments are designed to be comfortable, tailored to the needs of our workers. Motel Next is situated in a green environment in Győr-Ménfőcsanak, close to the M1 and M83 highways. The METRO supermarket is in the neighborhood, where our guests can do their daily shopping. The nearby bus stops provide easy access to the center of Győr and the surrounding villages. We offer everything your employees need to feel comfortable in a pleasant environment after work.
